Property Tawi is a South African property management policy research council and socio-economic governance organisation dedicated to advancing transparency, accountability, and sustainable governance across the commercial property sector.

We work at the intersection of property management, regulatory compliance, and community development — researching, monitoring, and advocating for stronger Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices within South Africa's commercial property landscape. Our focus extends beyond policy analysis: we actively engage with property owners, management companies, and local stakeholders to ensure that Local Economic Development (LED), Corporate Social Investment (CSI), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments translate into measurable, community-centred outcomes.
